This website is operated by Sascha Klemm, property practitioner with Meridian Realty. This notice explains what personal information the site handles, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

What this site collects

This site has no forms and sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It doesn’t collect your name, email address or phone number.

When you contact me

• Value Estimation requests are submitted on Meridian Realty’s Meridian Connect platform. Meridian Realty’sprivacy policy applies to that information.
• WhatsApp and phone calls: when you message or call me, I receive the details you choose to share, including your number. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to messages sent through its service.

I use what you share only to respond to your enquiry and to provide property services you’ve asked for. I don’t sell it or share it for marketing.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information I hold about you by calling or WhatsApping+27 83 765 4164. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with theInformation Regulator.
